The Deanbrook Village Cooperative Infrastructure Improvement Project construction nears completion. New water mains have been installed. Sewer main installation is complete. Road base and paved stabilization is complete. Relocation of wired utilities is complete. Sewer service line to homes is complete. On site materials have been used. New water services to homes is 80% complete with installation of water meters still needing to be completed. Current plans are for completion in spring 2013 when construction weather returns. Estimated completion date utilizing grant money is 10/1/2013.
