WA Office of Financial Management: (1) P20W Data Warehouse (DW) System Implementation: software training; data analysis; data readiness; data mapping; data model review and updating, business rules documentation (2) Research and Reporting: Worked on the Community and Technical Colleges and the Baccalaureate P20 Feedback Reports and 3 education research briefs; (3) P20 Program: program reporting, budget and expense tracking, communications, project oversight, risk and issue management. WA Dept of Early Learning: System development and testing on the Early Learning Management System's year-to-year reporting and bug fixing. Council of Presidents: Continued liaison activities with the 6 state 4-year universities to ensure higher education student data is available for the P20 DW System and participated on the Public Centralized Higher Ed Enrollment System (PCHEES) expansion project. WA Dept of Social and Health Services: Research activities on 4 research briefs related to youth receiving social and health services and their education outcomes. WA Student Achievement Council: Data cleansing; system development and testing; and project management and reporting. WA Board of Community & Tech Colleges: Data governance amongst Washington's 34 Community & Tech Colleges; held initial kick-off meeting of the data governance committee. WA Dept of Enterprise Services: (1) P20W DW Project: Software training; documenting source system outputs and inputs; source to target data mapping, fine-tuning the DW data model, loading data into MDM model (2) PCHEES Project: went live with ad-hoc reporting capability, user training on ad hoc reporting; requirements gathering for change orders, system design, system development, usability testing, project reporting, project budget and expense tracking, project plan maintenance (3) P20W Program: program oversight. |
