As part of TAS 19-1079 (CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE RIVERSIDE WASTEWAY I, UPPER RIO GRANDE FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT)-The proposed project is located in City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, on the south corner of Rio Bosque Park and just north of US/Mexico border, Proposed USIBWC improvements (the project) will involve the construction of concrete and earthwork necessary for reshaping 800 LF of the Riverside Canal including the construction of four radial bay check structures and adjacent canal liner, providing power distribution to radial gates, mounting and connecting radial gates including any ancillary work for the completion of the project. Riverside Wasteway 1 and the 800 linear feet canal improvements project along the Riverside Canal may require some coordination with the El Paso County Water Improvement District, which owns the facility. Tetra Tech shall provide Construction Management Services for the project:Riverside Wasteway 1 and Canal Improvements Project. The primary objective of the CM Contractor is to confirm to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Government, the constructrion performed by the Contractor conforms to the approved Design Drawings and Specifications for the Riverside Wasteway I Levee Improvement Project Canal and Check Stuctures.
