Remove & replace the existing roof systems of the following: Building 1, 8th Floor, Building 1, 9th Floor, including small roof over equipement room, Building 1, C-Wing, large roof, Building 1, C-Wing, 5th & 6th Floor small roofs (3), Building T-18, Building 26. Total area of roofing to be removed is approximately 14,658 sq. ft. of adhered EPDM single ply roof membrane & ballasted EPDM over structural concrete decking & 3,267 sq. ft. of asphalt shingles over wood substrate. Work on EPDM roofs over concrete decking shall consist of the following: Remove existing roofing materials down to the concrete deck, Prepare concrete deck substrate to accept new roofing system, Provide complete fully adhered energy efficient white 60 mil PVC roofing system, to inclide primers, sealants, tapered insulation, blocking, protection boards, walk pads & roofing as required for a complete system, Provide shop drawings, specifications, and manufacturer's data of the roofing system recommended by the Contractor, Provide flashings for the entire height of the parapet walls & all roof penetrations, Provide new metal cap flashings at the top of all parapets, Provide new metal flashings of lead coated copper, Provide new stainles steel roof draings to replace exisiting roof drains, and provide a full 20-year performance warranty for the roofing system.
