Scope Summary
The major tasks are expected to include:
Green Building Research: EPA Wynkoop Office Building performance analysis, including
Return on Investment analysis of miscellaneous electric load for representative office spaces,
Data center performance evaluation and installation, and
Water fixture performance evaluation.
Lighting Analysis: Support the GSA relighting effort towards the implementation of lighting best practices for office spaces, stairwells, parking garages and parking lots.
Rating System Review: Technical review of green building rating systems per EISA section 436.

Project Progress Reports, per ARRA reporting requirements summarizing selected technical assistance and project guidance, webinars and live meeting support, development of additional office lighting solutions, and technical information and webcasts.
Project Technical Support Plan
Lighting Training and Education Strategic Plan
Measurement and Evaluation Action Plan (with additional funds for Lighting Analysis Task 4)
Rating System Review $100K
Project Progress Reports, per reporting requirements summarizing comparative performance of multiple rating systems on a range of criteria.
Draft report summarizing study methodology, criteria used, data collected and preliminary determinations on the applicability of certification systems to the Federal Sector.
