This project will replace two bridges in Bulloch and Candler counties. The project will replace the bridge on County Road 223/Portal Highway at Big Branch and the bridge on County Road 223/Portal Highway at Lotts Creek in Bulloch/Candler Counties. The existing bridges were constructed in 1953 and are structurally deficient (they are 27.5' wide with sufficiency ratings of 24 and 16, respectively). |
