PONDEROSA CABLEVISION
The purpose of the project is to provide broadband service with fiber to the home technology to an unserved area of about 636 homes. The expected outcome of this project is to complete all construction within the three year period, begin operating the system prior to the end of the three year period and to have at least a 50% penetration rate of customers at the end of five years after construction begins. The deliverables include completing the backbone infrastructure within one year of beginning this construction and customer penetration rates of 40%, 42.5%, 45%, 47.5% and 50% at the end of years one to five, respectively, after construction begins.
