Waitsfield-Fayston Telephone, Co., Inc., d/b/a
Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom's (WCVT) Rural Broadband Advancement Project is
focused on delivering high-speed Internet access to our rural Vermont service areas through the
deployment of advanced fiber-to-the-home technology. This critical infrastructure project will
bring affordable, reliable Internet access at speeds from 5-100 Mbps to 740 premises in 8
PFSA's using a scalable fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) Passive Optical Network (PON) architecture.
