Please note that during construction, Southcentral Foundation (SCF) utilized interim financing. SCF received guidance to report on the interim financing as if it was ARRA funds. This interim financing was replaced with long term financing in December, 2012, when closing occurred on loans AK-97-01, AK-97-03, AK-97-04, and AK97-05.
This loan was deobligated by USDA. As a result, prior reported upon expenses were moved from this loan to loan AK-97-05. |
