Quarterly Activities/Project Description	During this 1st Quarter of the 2013 Broadband Technology Opportunities Program Implementation, Tampa Housing Authority has completed and/or is focused on the following activities: -Tampa Housing Authority have increased outreach efforts to promote the BTOP Computer Training and Computer Sales through door to door flyer distribution, mail-outs, and telephone calls. -Computer trainings are still being offered in English and Spanish on various days and times to accommodate different schedules. -Tampa Housing Authority hosted Computer Sale events throughout this 1st Quarter, placing an additional 31 refurbished computers in the community. -75 residents completed basic computer training this quarter, enhancing their technological knowledge and abilities to assist in self-sufficiency. -The MOB (Maintenance of Broadband) Squad, consisting of two (2) Tampa Housing Authority Residents, continues to resolve computer related issues reported by residents, providing customer satisfaction and technical expertise.
