Contracts - AWARD SUMMARY
SYSTEMS RESEARCH AND APPLICATIONS CORPORATION
The objective of Task Order 1 is to develop the comprehensive MIDAS project planning baseline and detailed project plan baseline for Task Order 2, in which the SI Contractor will create the baseline functional and performance requirements for the MIDAS Project; create the system design for MIDAS; and create the Proof of Concept System to validate and adjust system design concepts.
The Task Order 1 project management documents shall conform to those required in the PMBOK for project planning including a fully resourced performance measurement baseline consistent with the ANSI 748 A (or current version) standards. Task Order 1 shall define the Proof of Concept Plan to be executed in Task Order 2 and describe the development and Proof of Concept Landscape requirements. The contractor shall support the IBR and required gate reviews for Task Order1.
Task Order 1 requires the completion of all planning documents, approval by the Government COTR, followed by the successful execution and documentation of an Integrated Baseline Review. The contractor shall plan to have all draft planning documents delivered to the Government, in general the concept of check point reviews, drafts, and final shall be used. The draft documents shall be available to support the planned Planning Gate Review. The draft documents will be reviewed with the Government and updated by the Contractor for final COTR acceptance in accordance with the approved Contractor Project Management Plan and approved Contractor MS Project Schedule. The IBR and Planning Gate Review will be conducted in accordance with the approved Contractor Project Management Plan and approved Contractor MS Project Schedule.
