The Contractor has been awarded a task entitled "Review and Assessment of Recovery Act Stewardship Plan (RASP) under its existing order. EPA seeks contractual assistance to review and assess financial and operational functions for its RASP. The reviews will assist the Agency in its management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. Additionally, the review will facilitate the Agency's efforts to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and related methodologies in response to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and requests from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). Contractor shall develop a Policy Verification Process; and provide support in its implementation, verification and training.
