| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
During the first quarter of 2013 the employers participating in the Clinton Foundation HEAL program were identified, approached and secured. Staff has been training to make presentations to employers and details of the logistics have been clarified. Great emphasis has been placed on activities in coordination with the State Wide Home Energy Challenge in partnership with Efficiency Vermont. Large scale effort was conducted during Town Meeting Day that proved to be effective outreach for energy audit appointments. The marketing campaign with a well-known comedian has commenced and plans for media coverage from now until summer have been planned. The client management software is being integrated and should be up and functional by the end of the second quarter 2013. Consumer Lending software is being researched and vetted for the most efficient processes as the energy lending volume increases. The Contractor Challenge of greatest conversion rates from audit to retrofit ended in March with a total program conversion rate of 43% from audit to retrofit. During the first quarter of 2013, 138 audits and 42 completed projects. |
