PROJECT ENHANCEMENT CORPORATION
Establish, implement, track and record projects funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) process. The ultimate goal of the final products of this work scope is to successfully implement ARRA responsibilities and also to reduce travel, reduce green house gas emissions, enhance the productivity of the organization and improve the experience of the EM customers. Evaluating, and implementing opportunities to improve program efficiencies, EM requires expert advice and consultation in the following specific ARRA funded task areas: Headquarters Implementation and Analysis; Logistical Support; Systems Support for Collection, Analysis and Reporting of ARRA Data Requirements; Systems Support to ensure ARRA Data Quality; Document and Records Management; Project Controls Support for the Environmental Management Recovery Act Program (EMRAP).
