EPA seeks contractual assistance to review and assess financial and operational functions for its RASP. IEc continued analysis of RASP policy verification reviews by program area. As requested by the EPA Task Manager, IEc responded to questions on corrective actions related to RASP regional reviews for grants, contracts, and interagency agreements. As requested, IEc participated in conference calls and provided additional information regarding sampling approaches for improper payment reviews of SRF transactions. As requested, IEc prepared memoranda and documentation discussing multiple sampling approaches for improper payment reviews of financial transactions, and applied sampling approaches to generate random samples of payments for using during review of financial transactions. IEc began compiling summaries of lessons learned and suggested actions related to RASP control activities and the creation of an overarching ARRA/RASP lessons learned document. |
