During this reporting period officers, 10/01/2012 through 12/31/2012, the Shelton Police Department was able to continue uninterrupted the activities of the Patrol Division. This includes routine daily proactive patrolling, interaction with community members and business, participation in a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team, and special assignments required to meet the needs of the community and the Department. Also during this period, officers attended mandatory training and worked on the Department's new policy manual. |
