This project was to provide a variety of sustainable features that will modernize the 35 year old complex into a high performing energy efficient facility. These features include a rooftop array of photovoltaic panesl to reduce electrical demand; roof mounted solar thermal panels for hot water; a new mechanical system that will both improve air quality and be more energy-efficient, energy-efficient lighting and new furniture. In doing this, office furniture, workstations, mailroom furniture, waste disposal items, etc. needed to be purchased for the existing spaces being upgraded and in some cases for the leased spaces that the workers were transferred to for the duration of the construction. This purchase order was issued in accordance with DDG, Inc.'s Quote # DDG11502 for project management, design, normal installation and after hours installation for the San Juan Project, (UPNBDN4201U). This was done under our GSA schedule 71 contract.
