| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
Continued to conduct regular conference calls with Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) management regarding the Better Buildings Program and Fuel Cells Initiative evaluation projects. We prepared and sent a quarterly report to our DOE project manager. We sent monthly budget updates to our DOE project manager.
For the Better Building Neighborhood Program (BBNP) Evaluation Project, we conducted the following activities: (1) conducted bi-monthly conference calls with the evaluation team; (2) participated in bi-monthly conference calls with USDOE BBNP staff; (3) reviewed and approved monthly progress reports and invoices; (4) reviewed draft Preliminary Process Evaluation Report and sent comments to Evaluation Team; (5) received revised draft Preliminary Process Evaluation Report and sent it to peer reviewers and DOE internal reviewers for review; (6) received peer review comments and held two conference calls between the Evaluation Team and peer reviewers and the Evaluation Team and DOE internal reviewers; (7) received and reviewed draft Energy Savings Research Plan and sent comments to Evaluation Team; (8) received revised draft Energy Savings Research Plan and sent it to peer reviewers and DOE internal reviewers for review; and (9) received final Process Evaluation Research Plan.
For the Fuel Cells Initiative (FCI) Evaluation Project, we conducted the following activities: (1) conducted bi-monthly conference calls with the evaluation team; (2) reviewed and approved monthly progress reports and invoices; (3) started receiving bi-weekly updates of status of interviews; (4) presented update of project PM of DOE in a conference call; (5) sent list of companies to be interviewed to DOE; and (6) requested LBNL Contracts Office to amend contract and extend deadline to May 31, 2013.
All subcontract work is on track.
