The Navy informed Tetra Tech that the windmill construction had been delayed until January 2013. The Navy awarded Tetra Tech a period of performance extension until February 28, 2013. However, based on the new construction contractor's schedule, the Navy will need to issue another period of performance extension to Tetra Tech.
