1366 TECHNOLOGIES INC.


The Project entails the design, development, financing, construction, start-up, operation and management of photovoltaic wafer production facilities with a total nameplate capacity of approximately 1,000 MW per year. The Project has three phases, each with a corresponding aggregate nameplate capacity as follows: Phase 1 - 20 MW; Phase 2 - 250 MW; and Phase 3 - 1,000 MW. The Project will be owned by 1366 Technologies. Phase 1 of the Project commenced in Lexington, MA and as of December 2012, has been transferred to a new facility in Bedford, MA. Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be executed in another jurisdiction to be determined. All three Phases of the Project are included in scope of project costs that are fundable by the DOE Loan Guarantee Agreement (LGA). However, the first advance will not occur for a period of months after the award, pending attainment of certain stated requirements.
