Project Activities Description Educational Support Services
Quarterly Activities/Project Description All aspects of the TIF grant project are implemented at this point. The instructional coaches are working in the schools to support struggling teachers. The systematic teacher observations are now being performed with information going back to the teachers. The data system is fully developed and integrated with Human Resources and Finance. All professional development modules are created or are being created presently and being utilized in the schools. The principal leadership development program is underway.

Description of Jobs Created The following jobs have been created by the project: 1 FTE: Project Director - Oversees implementation of the TIF project. 1 Administrative Assistant - Maintains records and performs daily tasks (e.g., fiscal accounting) for the project. 1 Data Specialist - Maintains all data for the project from multiple sources. 1 Project Evaluator - Ensures that all aspects of assessment of the project are conducted and analyzed based on the GPRA measures. 10 Instructional Coaches / Facilitators - Provide group and individualized support for teachers in the grant schools. 1.5 FTE Classroom Observers - This is six part-time, trained observers for the core teachers in the grant schools.
