Quarterly Activities/Project Description	The second quarter of Fiscal Year 2012, the construction of the Yakama Nation Correctional Facility progressed to the 99% completion. All mechanical and security systems including fire suppression systems have been installed, inspected and commissioned. Yakama Nation staff have been trained in the use and maintenance of these systems. The building has been inspected by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The kitchen equipment has been installed and Yakama Nation staff has been trained in its use. The landscaping is finished. All that remains to be done is the completion of the "punch list" and that is currently the focus of the General Contractor's efforts. In the near future we anticipate that the Architect will issue a Certificate of Substantial Completion and the Building Official will issue a Certificate of Occupancy.
