Quarterly Activities/Project Description 1. Expected Results: * ARRA COLA and the bulk of ARRA Quality Funds will be used to increase the compensation of staff and Family Child Care providers through a cost of living adjustment. * ARRA COLA funds will also be used to assist with costs related to NAEYC accreditation * Remaining ARRA QUALITY funds will be used to a)increase the hours of one Early Head Start Teacher in order to increase the teacher-child ratio; b) hire substitutes in Head Start classrooms to enable teachers to fulfill requirements associated with NAEYC accreditation; 2.
