Swoyersville Borough previously purchased equipment and their grant related activity is complete.
The City of Wilkes-Barre requested reimbursement for additional fire arms equipment (holsters, magazine pouches and supplies) during this reporting period.
Kingston Borough has previously utilized their JAG allocation and their grant related activity is complete.
Plains Township did not request any reimbursement for grant related activity this reporting period.
Edwardsville Borough did not request reimbursement for any grant related activity this reporting period.
The City of Nanticoke previously spent their grant funds to pay for costs associated with K-9 and Special Response Team training and equipment. Their grant related activity is complete.
Hazleton City is continuing to utilize their in-car computer systems which provide officers on the street with Mobile Information Technology that provides them with photos, criminal histories, warrants and license information. JAG funds are used to pay for the costs associated with the necessary internet connection.
Butler Township previously requested reimbursement for two in-car video camera systems, two rifle sights, two ballistic shields, four digital cameras (1 for processing crime scenes & surveillance and 3 for documentation purposes), one video camera, two vehicle based computer systems and four semi-automatic shotguns.
Exeter Borough previously spent their JAG funds to improve the records management system and to purchase and install mobile computer units for the patrol cars. Their grant related activity is complete. |
