ALASKA NATIVE TRIBAL HEALTH CONSORTIUM INC
EPA provided IHS $2,192,530 of Clean Water Act Indian Set Aside funds through Interagency Agreement DW-75-95765901-0 for this project. Project scope: This project will provide a new piped sewer system and closure of two in-town percolating sewage lagoons. A lift station and force main that will eventually provide piped service to entire town will be constructed. Gravity collection mains to deliver wastewater to lift station will also be constructed.

This project will re-route sewage from the school and teacher housing, the washeteria, and four other community buildings to an out-of-town lagoon. This project will also close two in-town percolating sewage lagoons, construct a lift station, construct force main that will eventually provide piped service to the entire town, and construct two gravity collection mains that will convey wastewater to the lift station. |
