LAND-OF-SKY REGIONAL COUNCIL
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds will be used by Land of SKy Regional Council to provide loans and subgrants to eligible entities for cleanup planning and remediation of hazardous and/or substances and petroleum contaminants at Brownfields sites. The grant may also be used to carry out community involvement activities to encourage redevelopment of the site such that the future reuse of the property will create/retain jobs and be protective of human health and the environment.
