Quarterly Activities/Project Description	This site is one of more than ten sites involved in the Berry Lane Park project. Due to moving remedial investigation and remedial action activities forward at the same time, this site’s schedule was connected to the schedules of other Berry Lane sites. The project’s remediation contract was awarded to Creamer Environmental, Inc. in July 2012, and remediation began shortly thereafter. Despite some delays due to Hurricane Sandy, remediation is expected to be completed in February 2013. The grant has been entirely drawn down, and the grant closeout materials will be issued in the near future given that the grant ended as of September 30, 2012. Issuance of the closeout materials has been delayed due to impacts of Hurricane Sandy, which necessitated the relocation of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency to a new office building.
