The contractor shall provide Techinal Assistance to 50 additional grantee who received grants through funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). As a result the contractor will (1) provide on-site technical assistance to assistance ARRA grantees whose assessed needs include intensive support for YouthBuild program start up or program improvement, (2) develop online resources for grantees that encourage and support the increased use of green building techniques at local YouthBuild programs, (3) and to provide conferences and trainings for the new grantees as well as support the development of a new education course in the areas of reading and math.
