Quarterly Activities/Project Description ARRA funds will be used for wastewater infrastructure improvements to ensure compliance with the Clean Water Act and the State’s wastewater rules. Green infrastructure will be added to water systems through use of energy saving and on-site storm water infiltration technologies. Additionally, inflow and infiltration (I&I) correction will be achieved through upgrade and replacement of collection lines and components.
