Oracle has revised its Q1 2010 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) report to reflect the updated guidance from the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum number M-10-08 dated December 18th, 2009, Guidance on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Data Quality, Non-Reporting Recipients, and Reporting of Job Estimates (?OMB Memorandum?). Oracle previously reported jobs created and retained pursuant to FAR 52.204-11 (Mar 2009). Per Section 5.2.2b of the OMB Memorandum, a job retained is now defined as " an existing position that is now funded by the Recovery Act." Under this new definition, work performed by 1.13 FTE Consultants were funded by the Recovery Act for this contract for the October ? December 2009 reporting period, and would therefore be considered ?jobs retained? under the OMB Memorandum. |
