Fire Station 51 (5020 Beckwith Blvd.): Fire Station 51, a LEED Silver Certified building, is fully operational and permanently houses thirty (30) employees. Upon completion of the final financial transaction for Fire Station 50, grant close-out will follow. The City expects the next quarterly report to be the final submission.
Fire Station 50 (15000 Applewhite Rd): Fire Station 50, a LEED Silver Certified building, is fully operational and permanently houses fifteen (15) employees. A final financial transaction of $13,426 is pending for Fire Station 50 and upon completion grant close-out will follow. The City expects the next quarterly report to be the final submission.
Drawdowns: A total of $13,426 remains to be drawn from the grant, for which City will request a budget adjustment. Upon approval by grantor, City will submit for drawdown of the remaining funds. City anticipates this transaction to be completed by May 31, 2013.
