GRUZEN SAMTON ARCHITECTS PLANNERS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS LLP
This contract is a for Architectural/Engineering services for the design of a federal employee parking garage and a master plan for the San Juan, PR Federal Bureau of Investigations Field Office Consolidation project. The project as a whole will result in the design and construction of a new approx. 240,000 GSF Federal Building, on existing government property (a 27 acre site) for the Hato Rey area, San Juan Federal Bureau of Investigations field offices. Design and construction of the Federal Bureau of Investigations facility wil be procured under a separate contract.
**Although the stimulus money received did not provide full time employment for the job descriptions listed under Description of Jobs Created, it did provide for the retention of individuals for ourselves and our consultants allowing for the continued employment in a variety of disciplines. It should be noted that the broader effect of this funding provided financial benefit to the mass transit system; restaurants and other retain establishments surrounding our offices and the location of the project.
