The Architect/Engineer is required to participate in the Commissioning Kick-Off Meeting, and review, provide written commentary, and participate in on site review meetings for both the "Go/No Go Analysis" and the "Energy Management Control System/Metering Report/Design Package". It is anticipated that sufficient information will be gathered in the "Go/No Go" report to commence design phase services in September 2009 under a separate work order modfication. Deliverables: Written commentary on the two Commissioning Agent reports, distribute review comments via email, and provide 2 hard copies to the General Services Administration Project Manager. Design Phase and Bidding Services added as a Modification to existing work order. Modification dated October 29, 2009. Commissioning Services added as a Modification to existing work order.
