During the reporting period, the CRM team completed development and testing efforts for two sprints (Sprint 2010.07.13 and Sprint 2010.07.30), which included updates to support new ELIPS loan fields, incorporation of the SBA Office Code mapping, and events management feature modifications. The team deployed Release 5.4.0 during this timeframe, implementing features from Sprint 2010.07.13 as well as Sprint 2010.06.28. In addition, DRT continued its outreach activities with the Office of Field Operations and field offices, including delivery of the two general overview training sessions and a CRM training presentation for the USEAC Conference. The team also completed successful tests of field contact data imports and PIMS contact updates with selected district offices and submitted CRM performance dashboard reports and metrics. The CRM team completed development and testing activities for Sprint 2010.07.30, which included modifications to the events management feature and mapping of SBA Office data, and provided end user training on the events management functionality to the field focus group. The team also incorporated the duplicate detection rules into the Pilot environment and delivered user documentation to support the import of contacts from local office databases. As August 10, 2010 marked the final date of Task Order #1, the CRM team placed all remaining operations, maintenance, and support for Pilot related items on hold as of that date. Pertinent activities have resumed under Task Order 5, released on August 25, 2010, which includes operations and maintenance as well as tasks to support the migration of CRM from the Pilot infrastructure to SBA production. |
