| Quarterly Activities/Project Description |
At the end of this quarter the Municipality of Humacao has served 692 HPRP eligible individuals/households with homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing relocation and stabilization services. These service include case management, housing search and placement, rental assistance, security and utility deposits and utility payments. A total of $642,921.00 of funds has been draw-down representing,100% of award. Payment of benefits includes $372,169.22 of financial assistance, $189,911.25 for housing relocation and stabilization services and $55,608.99 for data collection contracting and $25,231.54 for administrative expenses. Please note that based on HUD's recommendations and in order to maximize the use of funds and attain national objectives, these funds have been reallocated into eligible activities throughout the course of the Program. Some of these re-allocations required Public Notices to inform citizens about these changes
and caused amendments to amounts on contracts with sub-grantees. Changes have been reflected on sub-grantees reports from quarter to quarter and in all the other Budgeted activities amounts. |
