HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN (INC)
Phase three will complete the revitalization of the Quinnipiac Terrace public housing community. This is the third phase of a multi-phase revitalization of a public housing development in the Fair Haven neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut. The old Quinnipiac Terrace development, suffering from severe distress, has been completely demolished. Phases 1 and 2 produced 160 units of mixed-income rental and homeownership housing, a community center and new public streets. The third phase of redevelopment at Quinnipiac Terrace calls for the construction of 33 units of affordable rental housing within the Quinnipiac Terrace development.
