Quarterly Activities/Project Description A grant of $95,000 was provided to a local non-profit to undertake a complete gut and rehabilitation of a single family home that was formally a bank-owned foreclosed property located at 813 West Shore Road. This is phase two of the renovation work that will turn this property into a long term affordable housing unit. The funds are in an escrow account to provide progress payments as work is completed. The project has been bid out and work has been awarded. Work commenced January 2011. As of March 30, 2011 the project is 75% complete. The city additionally assessed administrative fees in the amount of $2,095 to recoup the cost of oversight and management hours for this American Reinvestment and Recovery Act program.
