The Countywide Building Retrofit plan was implemented and as of the end of this quarter all of the retrofits have been completed. The retrofit work consisted primarily of lighting changes and updates from older energy inefficient to modern efficient technology. Preliminary results are showing a greater than 10% reduction in energy costs within the retrofitted buildings. |
