Quarterly Activities/Project Description	The project will construct a 1,300 foot, two-lane causeway connected to a 6,000 square-foot dock. A pontoon-supported, tidally-operated transfer bridge and ramp will provide roll-on/roll-off access for multiple types of freight and equipment including Alaska Marine Highway vessels, common carrier barge lines, petroleum barges, transport and sightseeing vessels. An allied AIDEA/City project will also bring the off-shore oil supply pipeline system up to current standards.
