The High Point Police Department has completed its purchases of 13 patrol vehicles and equipment for the vehicles. These patrol vehicles are now in service and serving the community of High Point. The High Point Police Department has purchased 4 mobile data terminals, for which are now in service. The High Point Police Department has fully completed all requirements set forth by the ARRA JAG Grant. The Guilford County Sheriff's Department has purchased their patrol vehicles and equipment to enhance patrol efficiency. They have also purchased shotguns and accessories to equip their officers. The Guilford County Sheriff's Department has now completed all requirements set forth by the ARRA JAG grant guidelines. The Greensboro Police Department purchased uniforms/equipment for thirty new officers, 15 equipped patrol vehicles and leased 15 toughbooks with aircards. GPPD has a remaining balance of $148,135.47. |
