These are the highlights from the last quarter: The exterior enclosure is complete except for the doors at the lobby level. The canopy is complete and the Photo Voltaic installation is underway. The boardform concrete walls around the perimeter are substantially complete and waterproofing of the site is underway. Tenant Improvement work is progressing on all floors 2-17. Radiant panels are being installed on multiple floors. The artists? concept designs have been approved. Over 173 submittals were reviewed and returned by the Architect and Engineer Team. 20 Items of Change (IOC) were issued primarily finishing details of design for the public areas of the building. The team continues to give numerous tours to interested parties and the press. Many meetings were held during the quarter including technical coordination meetings, Construction Administration meetings, management meetings, and Inbound Tenant Improvement.
