Install 1/4" dense deck and single ply roofing system throughout entire roof. Replace drip edges (prefinished metal "Redwood") and metal flashings. Install walkpads at roof access ladder. Paint all exposed flashings and drip edges "Redwood." Install prefinsihed rain gutters and downspouts to replace existing.
