MINT FARM INDUSTRIAL PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
This project is located in City of Longview within the Mint Farm Industrial Park. The Mint Farm Industrial Park is a public / private partnership between the City of Longview and WREDCO to develop an industrial park that creates new opportunities for economic development in the region. The region that will benefit from the project is City of Longview and Cowlitz County. This project will provide public infrastructure to provide transportation and utility access to 137 acres of privately owned property. This infrastructure is critical to the feasibility of developing the private property. The project will construct a new road South Weber Avenue, approximately 2500 LF long and 40 feet wide, including concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm drainage, street lighting and landscaping. The sewer and water utilities will be extended to serve the proposed developments. This road will provide access and service to the adjacent properties.
