Quarterly Activities/Project Description To expand the home modification program to address barriers in the homes of Rhode Islanders who have disabilities. To implement The Personal Choice Program which is a participant directed personal assistance program for persons with disabilities to maintain community independence. Personal Choice assists with personal care and household tasks and enables the participants to purchase goods and services to increase independence and lessen the need for hands-on assistance. No more funds will be expended.
