Quarterly Activities/Project Description	This is a sidewalk construction project in Dekalb County. This project includes construction of sidewalks on both sides of SR 12/US 278/Covington Highway from SR 154/Memorial Drive to County Road 518/W. Austin Drive for a total length of 1.58 miles. The sidewalks will be 5' wide ADA compliant sidewalks with a 2' stamped concrete offset along both sides of Covington Highway. Curb & gutter and drainage improvements will also be constructed as necessary. Traffic will be maintained during construction.
