Quarterly Activities/Project Description Work was initiated on this Delivery Task Order. Continuing efforts were made on the Buffalo River environmental dredging and ecosystem restoration feasibility study report. The Lake Erie Sediment Management and Great Lakes Fishery and Ecosystem Restoration Planning kickoff meeting was held with USACE. The Engineering & Design Quality Control Plan (QCP) was drafted and submitted to USACE as defined by Task 1 of the SOW. Initial efforts were begun on Task Three of the SOW (Visualization and Volume Quantification of Dredged Sediments within the Buffalo Project Area). Substantive work was completed for Task Four (A-E Support of the USACE Regional Sediment Management Authority on the Buffalo River, NY). A kick-off meeting was held with USACE for Task Five (A-E Support of the Great Lake Fishery and Ecosystem Restoration Authority).
