Financial Assistance includes short term rental assistance, medium term rental assistance, security deposits, utility deposits, utility payments, moving cost assistance, and motel or hotel vouchers. Housing relocation and stabilization services include case management, outreach, housing search and placement, legal services, and credit repair.

The City of Palmdale's HPRP program is complete in accordance with HUD requirements. The balance of grant funds of $585.30 will not be expended. |

The impact of the ARRA funded work is that the Sub-Recipient was able to create one full time and one part time position of Case Manager/Housing Locator to porvide grant services that are filled by local residents. For the quarter ended September 30,2012 funded by HPRP are -0- Case Manager/Housing Locator. Services provided under the grant were completed by May 31, 2012. |
