CCI GROUP, LLC
The Project shall provide a new HVAC system in a large portion of building 1555 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. CCI shall provide all labor and material to complete the architectural work to support the ventilation system renovation. This work includes construction of duct chases on the first, second and third floors and construction of walls and ceilings throughout the building as well as a new penthouse ventilation intake.
CCI shall remove and dispose of the existing ventilation units and existing ductwork, currently supporting the building. We shall then install new ductwork capable of supporting the new ventilation units.
We shall install a new mechanical glycol system capable of supporting the ventilation units and new heating system. The system shall be controlled by a new DDC control system throughout the facility. The new control system shall monitor the temperature of the building and report to a central post station via wireless communications.
The Project also includes electrical upgrades to support additional electrical load required for the operation of the new air-conditioning equipment.
