INSTALL STATIC START AND MAIN CIRCUIT RICHARD B. RUSSELL POWER PLANT: Remove existing oil filled circuit breakers and isolated phase bus (Units 1-4). Remove existing air blast circuit breakers, isolated phase bus, and air compressor (Units 5-8). Remove existing conduit. Install new conduit and cable tray. Remove existing cable. Install and terminate new cable. Remove portion of existing starting bus, two starting bus breakers, and four starting bus motor-operated disconnect switches. Install eight new Government furnished SF6 circuit breakers and isolated phase bus (Units 1-8). Install new Government furnished static start system and
appurtenances; including input/output circuit breakers, transformers, reactors and isolated phase bus. Miscellaneous electrical equipment, accessories, and modifications to main control room switchboard panels and annunciator relay cabinetsMiscellaneous painting (generator unit break cabinets, isolated phase bus, touch-up, etc.)Coating transformer deckConcrete removal, placement, bonding, drilling and grouting. Furnish As-Built corrections to the contract drawings.
