CADENCE CONTRACT SERVICES, LLC
The Scope of Work for this project will consist of installing a new 13200/7620-volt primary electric service to the Ammo Supply Point (ASP) to replace the failing 4800-volt system that currently supplies the ASP. The new service will originate at VS-8A on Munns Corners Road approximately one mile from the ASP and travel through an underground duct-bank system to (2) new Vacuum Switches and (3) riser poles. The existing 4800-volt primary will be demolished and replaced with a #2 ACSR 13200/7620 3-phase primary with neutral. All existing transformers, with the exception of the existing pad-mount transformer at P-2790 and the new pad-mount transformer at P-2700, will be replaced with 7620-120/240-volt pole mounted transformers of the same KVA of existing transformer. Provide Fort Drum Public Works personnel with instructions for scheduling and notification of any power outages. There will be a minimal power outage for the new barracks and dining facility along Munns Corners Road to isolate power in sectionalizer for outage in manhole by VS-8A. Contractor will provide switching, grounding and lockout/tagout at all required sites. All electric power and security lighting will be restored at the end of work day to all sections of ASP for security purposes. All personnel and equipment working in secure areas will be issued passes or be escorted at all times.
